Senior Manager/Supervisor

The Medical Director role includes the following responsibilities:

The provider will provide a minimum of 16 hours and up to 20 hours per week of physician medical services Monday-Friday at mutually agreed upon days and times. 16 hours per week are required onsite and 4 additional hours are added for on call duties if they arise.

This role will also have administrative responsibilities which will include the following:

Supervision of all other physicians and mid-level providers
Serves as Medical Review Officer
Works in conjunction with the Nurse Manager to provide education for staff development purposes and sign-off on patient orders as needed
Oversight of Redshirt personnel associated with UrgenCare-Kia Clinic
Oversight of standing orders and guidelines for UrgenCare-Kia Clinic
